You can send a parcel through our lockers even without prior registration. However, registered users have access to additional discounts and convenience functions.
Send a parcel to registered users
Sign in, then click on “Send a new parcel” and fill in the recipient data. Thereafter you will be given a code. Select “Parcel Wizard” on the FOXPOST locker nearest to you. Enter the code, deposit your parcel and our courier will deliver it to the locker of your choice. The recipient will receive a text message and an email when the parcel is delivered.
Would you like to send it with cash on delivery?
Sign in and then choose “Send a new parcel”. In the Amount of cash on delivery field enter the amount payable by the recipient upon accepting delivery. If the recipient picks up the parcel from the locker, they can pay with their bank card. In the case of home delivery payment is made by cash to the courier.
The recipient has 3 days to pick up the parcel if it was sent to a locker. The cash paid on delivery is credited to us when the parcel is delivered to and received by the recipient, then it is transferred to the sender. In case of home delivery the amount is transferred in 3 business days from receipt.
As a registered user you asked to enter fewer details when sending a parcel; the unique code allows you to track the movement of your parcel and you can collect FOXPOST credits with give you a chance to use of our network for less. Whichever option you choose, your parcel will be delivered quickly, safely and securely. The recipient is notified in a text message and by email about the time date of parcel delivery.

The instructions to be followed step by step when dispatching a parcel are displayed on the locker screen. Simply follow the steps and you will be done in about two minutes.
